A wonderful and moving thing happened on Dallas birthday this year. Eleven of Dallas' old friends joined the Dallas Gray Jr Memorial group on Facebook.  Memorial Sponsorship of Christian Satellite
In honor of Dal's 37th birthday his grandmother and father sponsored a christian television broadcasting satellite in Dal's name for 3 months. This satellite carries some of Dal's favorite christian television programs to an international audience. This is to honor his faith and desire to be a missionary for God. The statue shown above was sent as a thank you for the sponsorship and has Dal's name on it.  Danese Elaine Gray Mathis

I'm sure so many good things will happen because you made the right choice and your testimony will reach so many people for Jesus. I'm so proud to have you for my nephew. I remember Dallas' birthday parties as a kid at Showbiz Pizza with the animatronic "Rock-afire Explosion Band" with all the pizza and games. Lots of fun and smiles there :-) Happy Birthday Dal!
